Some of our colleagues are even BookTok influencers or Instagram creatives, crafting their latest shorts or stories with our in-store products - That\'s super cool with us!
Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of our retail store by greeting customers with a warm smile and helping them leave happy and excited to unlock their imaginations.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service to inspire reading, learning, creativity and play.
* Support Store Management with opening, closing, and running the store when needed, and participate in keyholding duties with pay enhancement when applicable.
Keyholder responsibilities
* If you’re over 18, you’ll join as a keyholder and help keep the store running like clockwork during holidays, days off, sickness, etc.
* Under 18? You can start training to be eligible for keyholding duties when you turn 18, with the associated pay enhancement when on keyholder duties.
