Academics is working closely with a fantastic, high-achieving Primary School in Chesham that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team immediately.
About the Role:
Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Supporting Early Years students within a nurturing classroom environment
Working alongside a class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum
Delivering small group activities and contributing to children's progress
Taking observations and supporting individual learning plans
Long-term opportunity for the full academic year, with training and progression available What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BA)
GCSEs in Maths & English (A*-C / 9-4)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
Experience with early years observations and assessments
A confident, proactive, and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills with pupils, staff, and parents
