Role summary
The Recruitment and Onboarding Support role is responsible for attracting, selecting, and integrating high-quality candidates in line with Jasmine's values and objectives. The role supports hiring managers by sourcing and screening applicants, managing an efficient recruitment process, and facilitating a smooth transition from application to interview. The role also oversees onboarding activities to ensure new employees are welcomed, prepared, and fully supported to succeed, contributing to Jasmine's mission and growth.

Day to day responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with home managers and keep up to date with recruitment requirements
* Post and manage high-volume roles on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards
* Screen large numbers of applications against role requirements, criteria, and Jasmine Values
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring events for multiple vacancies with hiring managers
* Maintain accurate ATS records
* Ensure onboarding processes are followed in line with the job description
* Keep Team Member files up to date and compliant before start dates
* Maintain onboarding dashboard and New Team Member Audit reports
Essential requirements
1 year of internal recruitment experience. 1 year of onboarding including Right to Work (RTW) compliance checks. Experience sourcing significant numbers of applicants. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred requirements
* At least two years' internal recruitment experience
* Experience of direct sourcing applicants
* Strong Excel skills
