EYFS SEND Nursery Practitioner
Milk Education are recruiting a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner schools in Bracknell, Berkshire. The working hours for this position are 08:30–15:30, Monday to Friday. We are looking for an adaptable and confident Early Years practitioner who can support high‑quality learning and help pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) reach their full potential.
This opportunity is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced Early Years practitioners.
Responsibilities
* Supporting children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Assisting with daily routines, activities, and learning through play
* Working collaboratively with staff to meet the individual needs of each child
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
* Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* A positive, reliable, and flexible approach
