Payroll and Pensions Officer based in Birmingham. Suitable candidate must be available and ready to start ASAP. 6 month FTC.
Details
* Location: B4 7ET – 3 days a week on site, 2 days in the office.
* Interview next week with start at the end of September.
* Team: 4 people (Head, Deputy, and 2 Officers).
* Volunteers/volumes: main payroll 2700 employees and 2 bureaus totaling 150.
Responsibilities
* Manage payroll processing with confidence.
* Statutory payments and manual calculations are required.
* Does not require end-to-end payroll processing as the Deputy handles the final sign-off.
Systems and Tools
* System: PeopleXD (the candidate does not need prior in-depth knowledge; training can be provided).
Qualifications and Requirements
* Must be confident in payroll processing.
* Experience with statutory payments and manual calculations.
* Ability to work within a small team and adapt to a partial office presence.
