Job Description
Bradley David Associates is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead our clients technical department, driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across global event production operations.
This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee technical strategy, manage international teams, and ensure technology and processes remain industry-leading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadership & Strategy
* Lead and develop the technical department strategy
* Oversee all technical aspects of event delivery
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation
* Advise senior stakeholders on technology and investment decisions
Operations & Team Management
* Manage and mentor technical teams across the UK and USA
* Coordinate workloads and ensure efficient project delivery
* Maintain high standards across warehouse and onsite operations
* Ensure consistency across international teams
Budget & Financial Oversight
* Manage technical budgets and forecasting
* Oversee procurement, outsourcing, and supplier negotiations
* Report financial performance and forecasts to leadership
Asset & Inventory Management
* Oversee technical inventory systems and asset tracking
* Ensure equipment is maintained, compliant, and ready for deployment
* Forecast equipment needs and manage lifecycle (purchase/disposal)
What We’re Looking For
* Strong leadership experience within the events or AV industry
* Advanced technical knowledge (AV, streaming, networking, infrastructure)
* Experience managing teams and international operations
* Strong financial and budget management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards
