We are offering a £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £60,000 plus company car and company benefits. As a General Sales Manager, you will be leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team of 6 Sales Executives and 1 Business Manager, supported by colleagues across the dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Manager or similar professional looking to take the next step up into senior leadership. You will serve and support your team to sell new and used vehicles, alongside a range of add-on products including finance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales, ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
