About the Role Cover People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Construction Teacher to join an attached behaviour provision within a mainstream secondary school in North Manchester from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students aged 11–16 who require additional behavioural and pastoral support to access education successfully. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and practical Construction lessons that develop students' vocational skills, confidence and employability while helping them re-engage with learning. The provision offers a highly supportive environment with small class sizes, strong pastoral support and a focus on building positive relationships with young people.
