As the UA Manager - Social Channels, you will own and scale performance-driven paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Snapchat to maximise installs, revenue, and ROAS for our mobile gaming portfolio. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Creative, Product, and Growth teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, align strategies with product metrics, and identify new audience segments to drive scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Snapchat, focusing on CPI, ROAS, and revenue targets.
* Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts, targeting strategies, bidding models, and campaign structures to improve performance.
* Work closely with the Creative Team to develop, test, and scale new ad creatives that drive high IPM and strong ROAS.
* Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to identify optimisation opportunities and scaling potential.
* Monitor key UA metrics including CPI, IPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and ARPU, ensuring campaigns meet growth and profitability targets.
* Identify and test new audience segments, campaign strategies, and creative formats to unlock additional scale.
* Collaborate with internal analytics and product teams to ensure UA strategies align with player behaviour, retention, and monetisation performance.
* Stay up to date with the latest social advertising trends, platform updates, and UA best practices.
* Provide clear reporting and insights on campaign performance, highlighting opportunities to scale spend efficiently updates, and market messaging.
Requirments:
* Experience working in Mobile Casual Games.
* Previously managed at least a $1M monthly budget for META Campaigns.
* At least 2 years experience working in UA.
* Experience working with several titles at a time.
* A good understanding of automation processes for Creatives.
* An analytical & data driven approach to your work.
