Management Accountant, Telford, permanent, up to £35000

Hays are working exclusively with a very successful manufacturing business who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis
Your new role
You will work closely with the Finance Manager and duties will include:
1. Accounts payable and accounts receivable Ledger reconciliation and review
2. Intercompany reconciliation
3. Fixed Asset
4. Prepayment (manage and reconcile)
5. Accruals
6. Make sure the invoice coding is correct to General ledger
7. Posting all the month end journals
8. Bank reconciliation
9. Oversee and control Personal expenses, credit card expenditure.
10. Mileage claims control.
11. Expenses related information (Utility, Mobile, Cleaning, consumable, R&M Etc.
12. Prepare all the information to TB level for monthly financial reporting.
13. Support the finance manager on - Monthly close VAT Return, Year end, Auditing, Statutory filling requirement and Tax computation
What you'll need to succeed
You will likely be AAT Qualified or part qualified or qualified to this level by experience. You should have extensive relevant experience and have a flexible and adaptable approach. Good Excel and It skills as well as a strong problem solver are essential
