Good commutes from Warwick, Bicester, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Leamington Spa, etc. Salary: £50K - £55K OTE Benefits. OTE is very much up for discussion with the successful individual – we'd like your input into this, but likely to be % based on signed ARR from successful campaigns & uncapped. We'd like to hope that an individual with the relevant experience knew what the role entails, but to give you some idea of our expectations, internal tooling & environment: - Prior commercial experience in a B2B campaign marketing role. Ideally in SaaS or tech, but not a requirement to be considered. - Demonstrable experience of managing and running ABM campaigns, with both strategic and technical experience. - Proficient with marketing automation, sales tech and CRM tools – ideal; Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact data aggregators – nice to have: Force24, Gong. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes. The role will require strong commercial acumen of course, but with a focus on data to succeed.
