DV Therapy Inc serves individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders by providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. POSITION SUMMARY:
A Program Manager works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include developing and implementing ABA treatment programs, creating skill-based programs, behavior intervention plans, and training interventionists and parents. Other duties involve data analysis and writing quarterly reports for clients with various behavioral health diagnoses and developmental disabilities.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop, evaluate, and modify behavior programs and treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges.
* Monitor and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
* Conduct functional assessments and complete reports.
* Design and deliver behavior intervention plan training and in-service programs for staff and parents.
* Ensure methodologies are evidence-based and current with research.
* Train and supervise clinical staff in ABA interventions (e.g., DTT, PECS, NET, PRT).
* Provide training, consultation, and support to interventionists, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians.
* Collaborate with families on behavior support strategies.
* Collect fidelity and reliability data.
* Manage caseload and complete clinical documentation timely.
* Attend staff and professional development meetings.
* Follow ethical standards per BACB and APA guidelines.
* Travel to client locations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience providing services to clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
* Experience designing programs for children with autism and related disorders.
* Training in intervention techniques (e.g., communication training, parent training, PECS, DTT).
* Spanish speaking required.
