As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, you will join a fun and professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
* Arranging and Carrying Out Property Viewings: Conduct engaging and informative viewings that showcase properties in the best light.
* Negotiating Sales: Utilize your negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions between buyers and sellers.
* Listening to Buyer Requirements: Understand potential buyers’ needs to pair them with the most suitable properties.
* Customer Liaison: Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
* Registering Applicants: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
Qualifications
* Experience in a sales role
* Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are vital for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues.
* Driving License: A full UK driving license and access to a car
Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.30am - 3.30pm with day off in lieu
