Hall Orchard CE Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Midday Supervisor to join our vibrant Midday Team.
Are you someone who enjoys working with children and thrives as part of a team? Hall Orchard CE Primary School is looking for a dedicated and caring Midday Supervisor to join our supportive and welcoming staff.
In our 2025 Ofsted report, we were proud to be recognised for our "warm, inclusive ethos where every child is known, nurtured and inspired to thrive." Our Midday Supervisors play a key role in maintaining this positive environment throughout the lunch period – supporting pupils in both the dining hall and playground, helping to ensure that lunchtimes are safe, happy and enjoyable for all.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Enjoy working with children and be committed to their wellbeing and safety
2. Be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a friendly team
3. Be patient, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with pupils and colleagues
4. Help promote positive behaviour in line with our school’s values and ethos
5. The role includes the setting up and clearing away of the tables and chairs and cleaning tables and floors, so candidates need to be physically fit.
In return, we offer:
6. A caring, inclusive school environment with a strong sense of community
7. A well-established, experienced support team
8. Ongoing training and development opportunities
The chance to be part of a school that Ofsted (2025) described as “exceptionally well-led, with a clear focus on pupil happiness and success.”
If you're looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can make a real difference to children's daily experience at school, we’d love to hear from you.
Applicants must hold, or be willing to hold an appropriate First Aid qualification.
