What will my role look like as an Area Manager?
As a Starbucks Area Manager, you will oversee a minimum of 10 stores across a designated area. Your role involves driving store standards and targets, developing stores in line with our business vision, and striving for excellence in sales, customer service, and audits.
Your weekly activities include visiting stores to recognize strengths, identify improvement areas, and increase sales and profitability through effective leadership. You will engage regularly with store managers and teams, setting individual and store targets.
This role requires creating strategies, developing new ideas to boost performance, motivating teams, recruiting talented colleagues, and rewarding hard work. It demands dedication and hard work but also offers the chance to enjoy the benefits and rewards of the role.

What would my main responsibilities be as an Area Manager?
