Position Overview
The Territory Manager will promote and sell our surgical devices and endoscopy imaging products within their designated territory, engaging with healthcare professionals, providing technical expertise, and supporting clinical teams to ensure optimal product utilization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the territory
* Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical professionals
* Provide technical support and after‑sales service to clients
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
* Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to maximize market penetration
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies
* Provide accurate and regular forecasting of sales opportunities
* Represent the organisation at face‑to‑face and virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings
* Deliver post‑sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio
* Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions and value propositions
* Manage diary effectively to maximize customer interactions and use CRM to track sales activities
Qualifications
* Experience in a field‑sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry
* Strong self‑motivation and drive to succeed
* Highly skilled in organising and prioritising multiple demands
* High integrity in dealings with external and internal customers
* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
