As a Parts Supervisor in Rochford, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the parts department—supporting customers, supervising operations, and ensuring the smooth supply of parts across Agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the day‑to‑day running of the parts department
* Deliver excellent customer service face‑to‑face, over the telephone, and via email
* Support and motivate the parts team to achieve targets and maintain standards
* Accurately identify and supply parts to customers and technicians
* Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
* Process invoices and maintain accurate records
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role
* Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors
* Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
* Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* A proactive and professional approach
* Full UK driving licence
