Repair Field Manager
What we're looking for:
* Strong technical background in lift, escalator, or similar mechanical/electrical engineering field.
* Proven leadership experience in field operations or project delivery roles is desired.
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering or similar technical qualification (MANDATORY).
* SSSTS / SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification.
* IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety certification (advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to manage multiple repair projects and resources concurrently.
* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
* Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring safe site practices.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
