Provide proactive, ongoing financial planning advice tailored to clients’ changing circumstances. Work closely with paraplanners and support staff to ensure client instructions are completed efficiently. Develop new opportunities with existing clients to optimise their portfolios. Collaborate with the Financial Education Team where required. Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers. Liaise with external professionals involved in clients’ financial affairs. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through qualifications, CPD and training. What You’ll Bring Knowledge & Experience Strong background in financial planning. Proven success delivering high-quality client service. Experience within a fee-based financial planning environment. Excellent understanding of the full financial planning process. Qualifications University degree or equivalent industry experience. FCA-recognised qualifications. Skills & Personal Attributes Honesty, integrity and client-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong technical knowledge of current legislation, industry standards and products. Organised, methodical and proactive approach to work. Dynamic, enthusiastic and committed to personal development.
