My client is an incredibly successful construction company who are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join due to rapid expansion.
This is a hybrid role based in Staffordshire.
Some of their largest accounts are Popeyes and Lidl.
This is a rare & exciting opportunity to kick start your career in sales and have full autonomy of your desk.
As an Inside Sales Executives, you will be responsible for :
📌Generating new business by cold calling and attending client meetings
📌Independently managing individual pipeline
📌B2B sales and business development
📌Attending industry related conventions
📌Reaching out to project managers and building surveyors
📌Attending industry related conventions
📌Managing social media and posting engaging content
The ideal candidate :
📌Construction industry experience is desirable
📌Experience doing B2B business development
📌Experience in a previous sales role
📌Confident speaking to decision makers on the phone
Benefits :
📌Monthly commission, with an achievable £60,000 to be earned on top of generous basic salary.
📌Remote working until 2025 – this will change to a hybrid model (2/3 days in office)
📌Career progression
Working Hours : 9:00am – 5:00pm
