We’re working with a thriving secondary school in North Leeds, LS19, that’s looking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable History Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. You’ll be teaching History across KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of KS5 teaching available for the right candidate. From exploring ancient civilisations to analysing modern conflict and social change, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver lessons that genuinely spark interest and critical thinking.

The role:
You’ll be:
• Teaching History across KS3 and KS4
• Planning engaging lessons that encourage debate and independent thinking

What we’re looking for:
• UK QTS or currently completing teacher training
• A genuine passion for History and education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Someone who can motivate, challenge, and inspire young people
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
