Location: Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days in office & up to twice per month travel to Ipswich)
Fruition are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Infrastructure and Service for a market leading organisation who are currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation. The role will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will take full responsibility for the organisations infrastructure estate, modern workplace and IT service provision. The organisation will be migrating their core operations to the cloud in the next 12 months and the team you will be responsible for managing is currently growing. Key Responsibilities
1. Define and own the cloud, infrastructure and service strategy and roadmap, aligned to business, digital and security priorities.
2. Drive the transition to modern, scalable and resilient platforms and services.
3. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of core technology services, including modern workplace, hosting, networks, platforms and shared services
4. Own incident, problem and service management processes, driving continuous service improvement.
5. Lead cloud and infrastructure platforms (on-prem, cloud and hybrid), ensuring scalability, reliability and cost optimisation.
