We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader capable of providing vision and direction to a newly formed commercial team. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service and maximize commercial opportunities within the organization and the wider system.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build on existing foundations and shape a successful commercial offering that will enhance GOSH’s ability to fulfill its strategic priorities: supporting children’s health, improving patient experience, and delivering high-quality care.
GOSH is a distinctive NHS organization serving a national population of children and young people, with most patients coming from outside North Central London. Our funding primarily comes from national specialized commissioning, research, education, private patients, commercial activities, and support from the GOSH Children’s Charity.
As a global leader in child healthcare, GOSH provides world-class care to children with rare and complex conditions. Since its founding in 1852, the hospital has been dedicated to advancing childrens healthcare and discovering new treatments.
Over the past five years, we have made significant progress toward our goals for childrens health, with increasing numbers of patients seeking treatment locally, nationally, and internationally. We are constructing a new Cancer Centre to expand capacity and enhance patient care, and implementing the EPIC Electronic Patient Record to improve clinical workflows, research, and innovation.
