You've come to the right place if you have a passion for sailing and travel, and love helping people plan their holidays.
We're a Cornwall-based adventure sailing company, and we're on the hunt for a new team member to help our wonderful customers book their sailing holidays. This isn't just a desk job—it's about being the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, making sure every detail is dealt with perfectly so our customers can set sail on the right adventure for them.
You'll be confident with spreadsheets, accounts software, and web systems, and have great attention to detail. If you're someone who gets a thrill from being organised and making sure everything runs smoothly, this is the role for you. We also spend a lot of time communicating via email, so excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills are essential, as well as that all-important time on the phone.
Do you have experience in sales or customer service? A genuine love for sailing? If so, we'd love to hear from you. If this sounds like your kind of adventure, please get in touch. And yes, you will get to go sailing
