Job Overview As the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor you’ll be carrying out health screening and surveillance for our officers and staff. Making sure they have the support they need in their day-to-day role. You will promote health and wellbeing, setting up clinics and undertaking pre-placement health assessment, your work will directly contribute to the safety and resilience of our team. What you’ll be doing * Delivering efficient health and wellbeing assessments * Provide professional and appropriate health advice * Assisting other clinicians within the department The must haves * Registered nurse (adult branch/ RGN) with current level one NMC registration * Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments * Ability to make and support routine decisions using initiative and judgement through review of medical information and testing data Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
