Overview
Sales Administration Manager / Credit Control – £30,000 - £37,000 basic - hybrid role, flexible hours. This well-established electrical manufacturer is seeking a sales administration manager to work within the busy sales office.
Responsibilities
* Managing the credit control system, chasing up payments, issuing statements, ensuring timely payment of debts, and issuing weekly debt management records to the European Head Office.
* Downloading weekly OPOS from SAP; weekly upload of Invoices and credits onto Xero from SAP Data; attaching copies of Invoices and PODs for every Invoice; chasing overdue Invoices via phone and email; creating notes for follow up; merging duplicate accounts on Xero; dealing with queries via phone and email.
Qualifications
* At least 2-3 years' experience in finance/sales ledger/sales administration roles.
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office; adept at Xero and Excel including VLOOKUPs; experience in credit control and reconciliation.
* SAP knowledge is an advantage.
* Professional, competent with good communications and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
Working arrangement
There is flexibility on working days/hours and can be office and/or home based.
Location: Easy access to West Byfleet, Surrey.
5 days a week, hybrid can be 2/3 days at home, with flexible hours.
