Vehicle Technician (Mechanic)
Location (Warrington)
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £42,000
Up to £60,000 OTE (uncapped earnings)

What you'll do day to day
Complete high-quality vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Carry out detailed inspections to identify wear, damage, or required repairs
Provide clear and professional technical advice when required
Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business
Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to ensure efficient workflow
Support and guide fellow technicians, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing
Helpful skills and qualifications
You don't need to meet every requirement-enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to quality are key.
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Experienced Level 2 technicians with a dealership background encouraged to apply
Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and procedures
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining high attention to detail
Team-focused approach with strong communication skills
MOT licence advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence
