About the Role
We are looking for exceptional people to join the Bath & Body Works team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth journey.
As a Fragrance Associate, you will:
* Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience, passionately advising and selling products while being an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the store space.
* Love all things fragrance and stay up‑to‑date with new fragrance and skincare products.
* Offer warm, friendly and professional service at all times, helping customers find the perfect gifts and demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand.
* Demonstrate a good understanding of Bath & Body Works training and take control of your own development.
* Maintain health and safety policies for team and customers, working safely at all times.
About You
* Passionate about promoting fragrance and skincare to customers.
* Great communicator, always looking for ways to help.
* Friendly, calm and efficient, even on busy days.
* Excited about the challenge of a varied and fast‑paced job.
* Flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile.
In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
