Job Title: Site Agent - UK Wide Projects
Salary: Circa £55,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + Private Healthcare
Location: UK-wide (occasional travel to Dawlish HQ)

Our client, a leading civil engineering and marine infrastructure specialist, is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the successful delivery of projects across the UK. The Role
As Site Agent, you will take ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll manage daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role is pivotal in driving project success and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee site operations, including labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote a strong safety culture.
Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions where needed.
Maintain quality standards and resolve technical issues on-site.
Coordinate with project teams and attend client meetings.
Support commercial teams with accurate site data for valuations and variations.About You
HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
CSCS (Site Manager/Supervisor) and SMSTS certification required.
First Aid and Temporary Works Supervisor desirable.
Prior experience in site management or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts and construction documentation.How to Apply:
