Position Overview
As a key member of the People Team, you will provide a proactive People service to internal client groups covering Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Employee Relations, HR Systems, and BAU activities.
You will support all elements of the employee experience from attraction and onboarding to family leave and departure, contributing to our People Strategy focused on engaging, growing, performing, and rewarding colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Supporting Learning & Development activities and working closely with teams to ensure smooth central L&D operations and Apprenticeships.
* Providing advice on employment legislation and HR practices, confidently advising stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum Requirements
* Previous experience as an Advisor in a generalist HR role (essential).
* Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard development.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience designing end-to-end training programs based on needs analysis.
* Ability to gather data, identify learning needs, and report on training effectiveness.
* Experience delivering comprehensive training solutions.
* Strong advisory skills, credibility, and professionalism.
* High attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work across HR operational issues.
* Knowledge of positive performance culture, talent, and resourcing.
