At Osborne, we are currently recruiting for After School Services – Centre Managers to join one of Australia’s leading Childcare Providers.
As a Centre Manager for their After School Services, you will provide leadership and management to a team of educators and staff regarding the operation of their services.

* Salary: AUD $75,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
* Implement and adapt the educational program for each child
* Ensure health and safety for all children in the center
* Maintain an inclusive, competence-promoting physical environment supporting exploration and play-based learning
* Lead and manage staff, fostering collaboration, respect, and ethics
* Support children in building responsive relationships
* Develop partnerships to enhance inclusion, learning, and wellbeing
* Comply with all policies and procedures under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
Requirements:
* Relevant diploma or degree in education or school care
* Eligible for a working holiday visa with potential for sponsorship
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Proven skills in administration, curriculum development, parent and community engagement, staff development, team leadership, and budget management
