As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insight to support commercial decision-making. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping to shape business performance, identify opportunities, and influence outcomes.
Produce high-quality financial analysis, forecasts, and performance reports to support commercial planning and strategic decision-making.
Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide insight, challenge assumptions, and ensure financial implications are fully understood.
Analyse sales, margin, cost, and profitability trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the development of business cases, pricing models, and investment appraisals.
Provide accurate commentary and insight for monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
Maintain and develop financial models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Help drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Youll be a commercially focused, analytical thinker with a passion for using data to influence performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Experience in a finance or commercial analysis role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Studying towards or holding a recognised finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) is desirable but not essential.
Commitment to accounting qualification(CIMA, ACA,ACMA, ACCA or equivalent)
