Overview
Project Support Administrator – Full-Time | 39 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Traveling between sites as and when required.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CSR & Project Support Administrator to join a dynamic team working across multiple construction and development sites throughout the UK. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys a varied working environment. You\ll support the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function while also providing essential admin support to project teams on-site.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role, as regular travel between sites is required. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary, with all travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company.
Responsibilities
* CSR Support: Contribute to the delivery of internal sustainability targets and objectives
* Assist in meeting CSR and KPI requirements agreed at project tender stage
* Gather and submit evidence for client reporting
* Support delivery of social value initiatives within local communities
* Assist project sites with Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) audits
* Attend and present at community or educational engagement events when required
* Upload and manage technical drawings and specifications from design teams/supply chain
* Maintain and update supplier records and ensure documentation is accurate and current
* Provide document management support across projects
* Support site setup and promote best practice standards
* Assist in compiling documentation for internal compliance audits
* Work with internal systems to manage and retrieve data efficiently
* Support wider project tasks in line with company procedures and compliance standards

* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Confident in presenting to clients and external partners
* Good initiative, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
* Strong IT literacy - particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Reliable, well-organised, and proactive
Experience & Qualifications
* At least 1 year of administration experience (preferred)
* National 5s / GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent - required)
* Additional qualifications are an advantage
