Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional table service in line with luxury hospitality standards
* Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and personable manner
* Develop strong relationships with regular guests and provide a highly personalised service experience
* Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and confidently make recommendations
* Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
* Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests
* Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials
* Ensure tables and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
* Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and efficiently
* Support the wider team in achieving exceptional service standards throughout the venue
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a waiter/waitress position within luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium lounges, or similar high-end environments
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience serving discerning and international clientele
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong food and beverage knowledge
* Professional and polished appearance
* Ability to remain calm, organised, and attentive during busy service periods
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* Fluent English is essential; additional languages would be advantageous
* Right to work in the United Kingdom
