Join a leading global Defence organisation as a Weapons Trainer, delivering first-class training to the next generation of armourers.
What you’ll do:
* Deliver and develop engaging weapons training courses
* Modernise training material in partnership with digital learning teams
* Support apprentices with coaching, assessment, and progression
* Maintain and inspect light/heavy weapons and associated optics
* Commit to continuous professional development, including gaining L4 Certificate in Education & Training (fully supported)
What we’re looking for:
* Must be a Class 1 Armourer
* Passion for training and developing others
* Strong technical knowledge of weapons systems
* Commitment to high standards in safety and compliance
