We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have a background in administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities & Skills
* Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail.
* Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and software programs like Microsoft Excel.
* Confidentiality: The ability to keep sensitive information confidential is a critical aspect of the role.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage digital and physical files effectively.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with team members to clarify data requirements as well as the ability to communicate well with customers and suppliers.
* Problem Solving: Able to review issues and resolve them where applicable. Good with numbers.
* CRM Systems: Ideally but not compulsory to have basic understanding of Dynamics 365.
* Team Player: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with others.
