A great opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, suitably qualified, experienced, confident and forward thinking individual to work as a Clinical Lead, on our brand new Mental Health Rehabilitation Centre.
Main duties of the job
You must be able to provide clinical leadership and motivation to develop the existing team whilst maintaining high professional standards, with service user experience and ongoing recovery at the heart. You will work alongside the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader in driving this new service forward.
You will promote and maintain high standards of care whilst supporting and assisting to implement local and national strategy and initiatives. You will take a lead on driving forward key performance indicators (KPI's) within the service, supporting with key audits, quality improvement initiatives as well as day to day clinical oversight of the unit.
You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, have leadership and staff development skills. A strong commitment to your ongoing professional education and development is essential.
The candidate will have a genuine desire to work in this specialist area and be able to contribute to the ongoing service development.
The successful post holder will be able to work shifts covering 24 hours, seven days a week.
