Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

What we are looking for:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding store targets and creating a shopping experience that meets our customers’ needs and reflects the Joules brand. You are eager to work as part of a team and ensure retail standards on the shop floor and back of house are maintained. Passionate about doing tasks well and developing your retail skills.
Our stores are characterized by their unique British architecture and vibrant character, both outside and inside, stocked with colorful characters who share our style approach.
