Offer description

Full-Stack Developer – Fully Remote (UK & Northern Ireland)

Beagle Talent are working with a UK-based SaaS business that helps organisations in regulated sectors manage their customer-facing content and related workflows. The platform supports how activity is planned, reviewed and delivered, with a strong focus on governance and control in environments where compliance really matters.

They’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help evolve and scale the core products as they modernise the platform and progressively introduce smarter automation and AI‑driven capabilities. You must be based in the UK or Northern Ireland for this role.

You’ll be:

* Designing, building and maintaining new features across the full stack
* Improving performance, resilience and scalability of web apps and APIs
* Enhancing CI/CD, deployment and monitoring
* Refactoring and modernising existing codebases
* Working closely with product and customer-facing teams to turn workflow and compliance needs into robust technical solutions
* Contributing to work around introducing AI and automation in a safe, compliant way (e.g. integrating external services, assisting workflows, surfacing insights)

Tech stack:

You don’t need to tick every box, but you should be comfortable across most of:

* Back end & web: C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, ASP.NET
* Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL
* Cloud & infrastructure: AWS, Linux, Docker
* Front end: JavaScript (ideally React, Knockout, jQuery)
* Tooling: Git/Subversion, GitHub Actions and/or TeamCity

Experience integrating third‑party or AI/ML services into production apps, especially where data protection and auditability matter, would be a nice bonus.

About you:

* Around 3–5 years’ experience as a Full‑Stack or Back‑End .NET Developer building production web applications
* Comfortable moving between back‑end code, databases and front‑end JavaScript
* Good understanding of web application architecture, performance and security
* Experience with cloud-hosted apps (ideally AWS) and containers (Docker)
* Enjoy taking ownership end‑to‑end and improving systems, not just adding new features
* Happy working in a fully remote, collaborative team and communicating clearly

What’s on offer

* Salary up to £55,000 (DOE) + benefits
* Fully remote role anywhere in the UK or Northern Ireland, with the option of a 4‑day week for the right person
* Chance to work on a mission‑critical platform used in complex, regulated environments
* Opportunity to help shape how AI and automation are adopted in a real, compliance‑focused SaaS product

If this sounds like you, please apply with your CV and a short note on your experience and we'll be in touch.
