Location: Torbay AreaSalary: NegotiableContract: PermanentWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to take responsibility for coordinating the operation and maintenance of facilities and fleet across a local business based in the Torbay area.You’ll coordinate maintenance activities, support compliance with legal and health & safety requirements, and work closely with operational teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.Key Responsibilities
* Ensure health & safety and legal compliance across facilities, plant yard, and commercial fleet are met
* Coordinate scheduled inspections, statutory checks, repairs and maintenance within the business
* Liaise with contractors and manage service and utility contracts
* Support operational teams and project groups by providing facilities coordination
* Produce and manage budget reports & support the project teams
* Organising company fleet compliance, ensuring vehicles are safe, insured and maintained
* Administration support, keeping documents up to date and
About You:
* Ideally similar operational, facilities experience
* Worked within a coordinating/Administration role previously
* Ability to manage contractors, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues quickly.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
