The Dial is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our established and professional kitchen brigade. Many of our team have been with us for over 15 years – a testament to the supportive and rewarding working environment we’ve created. What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy commercial kitchen
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
* Maintaining exceptional food quality, preparation, and presentation standards
* Following all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene requirements
* Working as part of a large, professional brigade in a clean and organised environment
* Assisting in menu development and adapting to monthly menu changes
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (essential)
* Strong work ethic, leading by example with a positive and professional attitude
* Good communication, listening, and training skills
* A desire to continue learning and developing within the role
* Ability to help motivate the team and contribute to a strong team spirit
* Passion for great food and attention to detail
