Your initiatives will ensure that the film festival gets even more notoriety and visibility, thus improving its ability to educate more people about the UN SDGs, boost the festival's public profile, increase the festival's participation, and enhance the support from individuals and organisations. What are we looking for?
Event Management Proven expertise in planning, managing and executing events and awards (100+ attendee) Stakeholder Communication Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with vendors, partners, and team members. Time Management Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, ensuring that every element of the event is delivered seamlessly. Problem-Solving Adaptable and ability to navigate unforeseen challenges, ensuring smooth event flow. Brand Alignment Aligning with the mission and values of the festival and deliver in line with the goals of the event.
What will you be doing?
A great opportunity for an event coordinator to be part of the world's biggest film festival that is reaching millions in over 120 countries. Be part of the celebration with OSCAR, BAFTA winning celebrity guests and sustainability leaders - event at London's iconic venue, Curzon Soho, London. Key Responsibilities Event planning and delegation Work with the leadership and team on event plans that resonate with our target audience, aligning with the mission of the festival and awards. Logistics Management Oversee all logistical aspects, from venue arrangement, Red-carpet logistics to SRP, to on-the-day coordination at the venue. Stakeholder collaboration and execution Work closely with internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful event execution. Manage and coordinate Help and assist celebrity guests and other participants at the award ceremony. Feedback & Evaluation Collate feedback post-events and analyze success of the event from derive insights and feedback.
