Our phone shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Responsibilities include:
1. Delivering a great shopping experience, following opening and closing routines, ensuring facilities are in good working order, and acting on customer feedback.
2. Creating a positive impression through professional dress and readiness to serve.
3. Demonstrating helpful and friendly service behaviors and enthusiasm for customer service.
4. Ensuring legal compliance and demonstrating due diligence in your department.
5. Supporting your manager in controlling costs, maintaining stock accuracy, and stock control routines.
Minimum requirements:
1. A passion for service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving with pride.
2. Drive and motivation for sales and service roles.
3. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
4. A passion for human connection.
5. Ability to build relationships and create a team spirit.
6. Punctuality, good presentation, and being a brand ambassador.
