They are one of the top performing teams in software M&A.
They are looking to recruit a Associate into their very busy technology M&A team.
The role will focus on:
* Working on the execution of transactions including software/ technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.
* Financial modelling and analysts
* Deal structuring and valuations
* Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties
* Liaising with clients
* Full involvement in the shole deal process
They are interested in meeting Manager to Associate Director professionals/ ACAs from the lead advisory, transaction services OR M&A team of the major accounting firms. The successful candidate will have a very strong deal sheet in the tech space, and a genuine interest in tech banking.
