To build trusting and collaborative relationships with service users aged 14-35 referred into the Early Intervention in Psychosis team To provide support to service users adhering to professional boundaries To help people identify their own Recovery goals To support service users to identify and overcome fears within a relationship of empathy and trust To liaise with carers, other health professionals, statutory and voluntary agencies to enable the Recovery needs of the service user group to be met To follow the principles and values of Recovery. To co-facilitate Group work and individual support in the community as required To promote inspire hope and the belief that recovery is possible for those who are using our service. To undertake appropriate administrative duties to assist the team in delivering effective and timely care, e.g. data inputting, safeguarding, filing, computer work, photo-copying, updating patient records.
To work in collaboration with other organisations and colleagues involved in the delivery of care. To actively participate in Team Meetings and report regularly to the Line Manager to ensure effective communication. To sign-post to various resources, opportunities and activities within Navigo and in communities to promote choice and informed decision making.
