Head of HR Operations
Base: €110,000 – €140,000
OTE: Bonus + potential equity
Location: Frankfurt (hybrid, open to remote)

They’ve built solid HR foundations - now looking to further evolve their operations, systems, and employee experience as the business continues to grow.
Structured environment. Complex landscape. Now looking for someone to bring clarity, consistency, and operational excellence across HR.
What would I be doing?
* Own and develop the global HR Operations model across regions
* Align HR systems, processes, and service delivery with business needs
* Drive efficiency through automation, digitalisation, and process improvement
* Lead shared services and HR service delivery (Tier 1–2 and field HR)
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align people operations with business strategy
* Improve employee experience through better systems, communication, and support
* Oversee vendor management and external partnerships across HR

What experience do I need?
* Proven experience leading HR Operations or Shared Services functions
* Experience operating across EMEA or global environments
* Strong background in HR systems, service delivery, and process optimisation
* Experience managing larger teams and driving performance
* Exposure to organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation
* Strong understanding of compliance, labour law, and stakeholder management
* Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations
