M365 Tester – Liverpool/ Hybrid - £35,000-£40,000
A large, forward-thinking public sector organisation is seeking an experienced M365 Tester to support the ongoing transformation of its digital services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in improving how services are delivered, ensuring technology solutions are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose.
Working within a Strategy and Architecture function, you will help maximise the value and effectiveness of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute test scripts aligned to business and user requirements
2. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
3. Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution
4. Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across M365 and D365 applications
5. Validate integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and existing systems
6. Utilise tools such as Azure DevOps to support structured and collaborative testing processes
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 developments, features, and best practice
What We’re Looking For:
8. Proven experience testing Microsoft 365 applications and services
9. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and related tools
10. Solid understanding of integrations, customisation, and troubleshooting within the M365 ecosystem
11. Experience working within structured testing methodologies and defect management processes
12. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and end users
13. A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
