We are looking for a qualified accountant from a Restructuring or Covenant background for an in-house 12-month contract opportunity. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working (c.3 days WFH.)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead covenant assessments, reviewing financial strength of employers.
* Leading a team.
* Oversee affordability reviews, financial health monitoring, recovery plan assessments, and due diligence.
* Independent business reviews
* Handle technical financial and covenant queries.
* Liaise with employers and stakeholders both virtually and in-person.
* Preparing reports for, and delivering advice to, a variety of audiences
Requirements:
* Experience in pension covenant, restructuring or audit.
* ACCA/ACA qualified or with relevant restructuring/insolvency experience.
* Strong organisational, management, and communication skills.
* Confident in presenting, reporting, and engaging with stakeholders.
