Finance Manager - Fund & Corporate Accounting
Location: London
Salary: £80,000-£90,000 + discretionary bonus (up to 50%)
Hybrid: 4 days in-office (potentially 5 initially)
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact position within a lean finance team. You will take ownership of key accounting, reporting, and treasury functions, while also supporting commercial initiatives like FP&A and financial modelling. Ideal for a technically strong finance professional ready to step up in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day finance ops: bookkeeping, payments, payroll, expenses
* Liaise with third-party fund administrators
* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS/GAAP)
* Support VAT returns, tax compliance, and year-end audit
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and treasury management
* Build models for performance tracking and analysis
* Contribute to board and management reporting
* Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions
* Drive process improvement as the business scales
Your Profile
* ACA qualified (preferred) or strong ACCA with Financial Services' focus
* 1-3 years PQE in industry, ideally in private equity or financial services
* Technical grounding in IFRS/GAAP
* Exposure to fund accounting; FP&A/financial modelling a plus
* Big 4 or similar background desirable
* Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team
