1. Equivalent experience with CAT 16 & 24M Graders in a mining production operation - 3-5 years
2. 2:2 roster (7D7N14RR) | FIFO Perth to Iron Bridge Mine

In this role, you will:
7. Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output
8. Complying with Thiess’ policies and procedures
9. Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor
10. Ensuring floor levels are maintained
11. Minimising dilution and achieving design parameters within acceptable tolerances
12. Maintain stockpiles, dumps and haul roads to ensure flow in a safe and efficient manner
13. Operate, drive and move material as directed to prepare operating areas and roads
14. Setting and maintain high housekeeping standards
15. Carrying out pre-start checks
About you
16. Possess strong mining operational skills and be able to demonstrate your ability in maintaining pit floors and bunds in a mining production environment
17. Sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration
18. Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times
19. Valid Australian drivers license
